Room‐Temperature Wavelength‐Tunable Single‐Band Upconversion Luminescence from Yb3+/Mn2+ Codoped Fluoride Perovskites ABF3

摘要: In contrast to well-known multiple and fixed upconversion (UC) emission bands from lanthanide (Ln3+) ions activated luminescent materials, room temperature wavelength-tunable single-band UC emissions are designed demonstrated in Ln3+ ions/transition metal Yb3+/Mn2+ codoped fluoride perovskites ABF3 (A = K+, Rb+, Cs+; B Mg2+, Zn2+, Cd2+). Upon 976 nm laser excitation, the ABF3:Yb3+, Mn2+ exhibit intense single band centered at 550–610 depending on substitution of A+ / or B2+ species ABF3. Crystal structure properties analysis show that should originate |2F7/2,4T1(4G)〉→ |2F7/2,6A1(6S)〉 transitions super-exchange coupled Yb3+–Mn2+ pair. The Stokes properties, luminescence decay behaviors, as well dependent investigated discussed detail. (or high) ultralong lifetimes (≈25–45 ms) clearly reveal can be potentially applied fields time-resolved imaging, lighting, solid state lasers.
