摘要: Research into transmission pricing and congestion management in interconnected power systems, such as those found USA Europe, requires an appropriate benchmark system to test different methodologies. Creation of a realistic is difficult utilities are often unwilling disclose details their own systems because commercial sensitivity security reasons. This paper presents development approximate model European which could be used study the effects cross-border trades. In creating load-flow model, only publicly available information was used. Comparison simulation results conducted on with published flows transfer distribution factors showed very good correlation, exceeding 90%.
