摘要: Tissues obtained from 34 human renal allografts by biopsy, 1 to 31 months after transplantation, were studied histologic, immunofluorescence, and immunoferritin techniques. Our purpose was gain more precise information concerning the localization of immunoglobulins complement in glomeruli describe associated tubular vascular changes. Localization fluorescein-labeled antibodies (Fl-Abs) IgG, IgM, β1C, C′1q seen 25 showed following distribution patterns: (a) diffuse linear, four; (b) granular, (c) focal six; (d) (e) indeterminate, five. Ferritin-conjugated (Fer-Abs) localized 21 allografts. Electron microscopic findings correlated with foregoing immunofluorescence patterns. Fer-Abs bound on endothelial side glomerular basement membrane subendothelial space. subepithelial deposits similar those experimental acute or chronic serum sickness. (c d) space mesangial matrix. Deposits present these areas some Fer-Abs. The two groups not readily separable basis immunopathologic data. mostly area. Nine displaying little no binding Fl-Abs failed bind Fer-Abs. Small amounts fibrinogen found only six allografts, three which granular fluorescence. In 12 either both walls blood vessels. position reactants foreign membranes arteries veins. The seem support best hypothesis that damage is deposition, structures, circulating antigen-antibody complexes might contain, part, transplantation antigens.
