摘要: In this thesis, I show how to use the topological information encoded manipulation of individual contour surfaces in an isosurface scene, using interface called flexible isosurface. Underpinning are several improvements and extensions existing work on tree. The first, most critical, extension, is path seed: a new method generating seeds from tree for extraction. second extension compute geometric local spatial measures contours store third simplify both displays. This simplification can also be used noise removal. Lastly, thesis extends with trees simplicial meshes arbitrary meshes, interpolants, tessellation cases.
