摘要: Abstract We investigated the scintillation properties of Cs2LiGdCl6:Ce3+ as a function Ce concentration. X-ray excited luminescence spectra material showed broad emission bands between 360 and 460 nm, with two overlapping peaks, due to d→f transitions on Ce3+ ions. The samples provide good results. energy resolution was found be 5.0% (FWHM) at 662 keV for 10% sample. Under γ-ray excitation, three exponential decay time components about 130–200 ns constant. light output 20,000 photons/MeV deviation from linear response is within 7% range 31 1333 keV. Overall, confirm that single crystal promising candidate medical imaging radiation detection.
