摘要: a b s t r c Decalactones are interesting flavouring compounds that can be produced from ricinoleic acid. In this study, the production of lactones in biofilms using Yarrowia lipolytica is investigated. The hydrophobia cells increased for aeration rates resulting higher adhesion when reactor wall was hydrophobic (plastic). To increase adhesion, sheets methyl-polymethacrylate (PMMA) were added and with surface plastic added, reaching 850 mg/L 3-hydroxy--decalactone 60 cm 2 . an Airlift bioreactor made PMMA, present at top aeration. meantime, metabolic shift occurred high amounts 3-hydroxy--decalactone. At 0.493 vvm 61 h culture, dissolved oxygen ratio 28.6% grew to only 1.29 × 10 6 cells/mL liquid medium but accumulated 1.7 g/L instead less than 0.3 lower Adhering had particular elongated shape intermediate between yeast pseudofilamentous forms. It concluded adhering Y. specific physiological state changing their structure also properties these make them good candidate simple immobilisation process.
