摘要: Abstract Single crystals of Cu 13 Ba were successfully grown out Ba–Cu self flux. Temperature dependent magnetization, M ( T ), electrical resistivity, ρ ) , and specific heat, C p data are reported. Isothermal magnetization measurements, H show clear de Haas-van Alphen oscillations at = 2 K for applied fields as low μ 0 = 1 . An anomalous behavior the magnetic susceptibility is observed up to ≈ 50 K reflecting effect fairly high temperatures. The field- temperature-dependencies indicate presence diluted impurities with a concentration order 0.01 at.%. Accordingly, minimum lower temperature rise in resistivity below = 15 K attributed Kondo-impurity effect.
