摘要: Abstract With the Evans blue technique, 178 plasma volume, blood and red cell-volume determinations were studied in 51 hypertensive 35 normotensive gravidas. Hypertensive pregnancies classified according to American Committee on Maternal Welfare schema. A large range overlap volume was found, but mean values patients with disease significantly depressed when compared decrease cell mass observed only severe group of women. In general, those approaching control associated a favorable maternal fetal outcome. Extreme hypovolemia occurred most evidence uteroplacental insufficiency.
