摘要: We consider the process of primordial black hole (PBH) formation originated from curvature perturbations produced during waterfall transition (with tachyonic instability), at end hybrid inflation. It is known that in such inflation models, rather large values perturbation amplitudes can be reached, which potentially cause a significant PBH production early Universe. The probability distributions density this case strongly non-Gaussian, requires special treatment. calculated abundances and mass spectra for model, analyzed their dependence on model parameters. obtained constraints parameters inflationary potential, using available limits $\beta_{PBH}$.
