摘要: Rotavirus remains a major cause of diarrhea in infants and young children worldwide. The permanent emergence new genotypes puts the potential effectiveness vaccines under serious question. distribution unusual subject to viral fitness is influenced by interactions among proteins. present work aimed at analyzing genetic constellation coevolution rotavirus coding genes for available genotypes. Seventy-two full genome sequences different constellations were analyzed using algorithm. results revealed an extensive genome-wide covariance network 12 Altogether, represents challenge outcome success vaccination coevolutionary analysis proteins may boost efforts better understand interaction networks during replication/transcription.
