摘要: The protective effects of cardioplegic solutions (CS) containing creatine phosphate (CP) were studied in a rat heart model cardiopulmonary bypass and ischemic cardiac arrest. Isolated hearts subjected to 3-minute coronary infusion with CS CP normothermic (37 degrees C) hypothermic (4-6 regimes. In the normothermia group, postischemic functional recovery was 70-75% preischemic control value, while cellular ATP content reduced but insignificantly. By contrast, hypothermia markedly depressed, tissue high-energy being appreciably lowered. data obtained confirm high efficacy CP-containing administered under conditions.
