摘要: Abstract Novel polymer-based nanocomposite films embedded with core/shell structured nanotubes (multi-wall carbon coated barium titanate) as fillers were fabricated by solution-casting method. It is found that the multi-wall (MWCNTs) cores are a layer of titanate dielectric shells, which act an interlayer between MWCNTs well polyarylene ether nitriles (PEN) polymer matrix. The thermogravimeric analysis shows possess excellent thermal properties endowed PEN Most importantly, permittivity film high 508 at 100 Hz when mass fraction reaches 2.5%.
