摘要: Premature ejaculation (PE) is thought to be the most common male sexual dysfunction; however, prevalence of lifelong (LL)-PE relatively low. The aim this study was investigate effects on-demand vardenafil (10 mg) modify intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT) in men with LL-PE without erectile dysfunction. Forty-two (18-35 years) were enrolled a 16-week, double-blind, placebo-controlled, cross-over study. Primary end point modification from baseline IELT assessed by stopwatch technique; secondary points post-ejaculatory refractory (PERT) and variations scores at Index Ejaculation questionnaire. changes geometric mean superior after taking (0.6+/-0.3 vs 4.5+/-1.1 min, P<0.01), compared placebo (0.7+/-0.3 0.9+/-1.0 ns). PERT dropped significantly (16.7+/-2.0 4.3+/-0.9 P<0.001), (15.3+/-2.2 15.8+/-2.3 min). Patients who took (vs placebo) reported (P<0.01) increased control (6+/-2 16+/-2), improved overall satisfaction (7+/-2 15+/-1) distress (4+/-1 8+/-1) scores, respectively. Multiple regression analysis (r(2)=0.86) for number attempts intercourse showed significant differences between slopes lines (P<0.0001). adverse events headache 3%), flushing (12 0%) dyspepsia 0%), which tended disappear over time. In conclusion, our study, reduced LL-PE. Besides, improvements confidence, perception reported.
