摘要: Plant location decision is important in supply chain design and optimization. Traditional evaluation of KPIs affecting one plant includes quality's cost's aspects. Now the competitions between companies have changed to competition chains. This paper presents a new KPI system for relocation from viewpoint entire optimization by considering quality, cost flexibility an chain. By applying shows that this can help deciding right relocation.
