摘要: The influence of various basal medium and plant growth regulators on the efficient micropropagation nodal explants from mature trees alemow, sour orange, ‘Cleopatra’ mandarin citrus rootstocks was studied. All three rootstock shoot cultures showed a preference for high-salt media, like Murashige Skoog or Driver Kuniyuki Walnut medium. Several combinations N 6-benzyladenine (BA) adenine (AD), kinetin (KIN) gibberellic acid (GA) were tested to optimize proliferation phase. BA/GA improved all studied, especially alemow. addition BA AD culture in orange same way as GA. different BA/KIN did not result further improvement any studied variables. transfer vitro shoots rooting containing concentrations indolebutyric (IBA) indoleacetic (IAA), resulted regeneration complete plantlets. Alemow rooted well using these regulators; however, IBA IAA very low percentages orange. To improve mandarin, naphthaleneacetic (NAA) tested. NAA/IBA produced higher than IBA/IAA combinations, nearly 100 % developed roots. An simple protocol rootstocks, by culturing nodes plants, has been established.
