摘要: A method is provided to determine percentage viability of explant tissues in organ culture using a Zeiss Videoplan image analysis unit and paraffin sections. The containing viable epithelial cells can be determined relative the surface area total tissue explant. These percentages used study toxic, proliferative, or differentiating potential media, compounds, procedures vitro.
