Low Temperature Annealing Effect in La1.85Ca1.15Cu2O6 Superconductor

摘要: The annealing conditions were investigated to synthesize high-quality samples of superconducting La1.85Ca1.15Cu2O6. We found that the at low temperatures is effective for increasing Meissner volume fraction. Ceramic prepared by a solid state reaction. ceramic bar sample annealed 1090°C 100h in Ar-20%O2 gas 2000atm using an O2-HIP technique showed superconductivity T c~50K. Its fraction 5K was as small 3%. Additional treatments performed on temperatures, 600°C 40h high-pressure oxygen or 450°C 10 days 1-atm oxygen. In both cases, increased about three times.
