摘要: An electro-immunosensor which can be used to determine the presence of a wide range analytes in solution is described. Also described are methods determining subnanogram levels one-step procedure. This novel immunosensor comprises an analyte binding agent bound electrode and analyte/enzyme conjugate as part catalytic electrical circuit. Displacement by causes proportional decrease current. The may also adapted detect two single step using different enzymes conjugated agents.
