摘要: The present invention provides the use of spider silk threads for production tissue implants medical use. A scaffolding matrix is provided implantation, which comprised thread and/or segments are cross-linked. cross-linked essentially maintain a three-dimensional shape into it formed by pressing between moulds. obtainable moulding sufficiently stable to be used as an implant or colonizing mammalian cells while maintaining shape. In further embodiment, at least partially covered autologous heterologous recipient. colonized with in vitro cult ivation isolated suspension matrix.
