摘要: A miniaturized imaging system is provided that operates in multiple modes, including a coherent anti-stokes Raman scattering (CARS) mode. The includes: laser delivery subsystem generates an excitation signal; scanning mechanism configured to receive the signal from and direct through optics onto sample, such compensates for chromatic aberration dichroic mirror receives emission sample backward direction directs along collection path detector. light source may be single femtosecond pulse laser.
