摘要: BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: FD stent placement is a promising therapy for challenging intracranial aneurysms. Long-term evaluations about angiographic and morphologic results are still missing. This the aim of this multicenter series. MATERIALS METHODS: We report our experience 1-year FU in retrospective chart review 65 consecutive subjects with 77 unruptured or recanalized aneurysms that were treated Silk stents at 6 centers France. Both clinical recorded before treatment 12 months after treatment. At 12-month FU, relationships between aneurysm occlusion shrinkage thrombosed sac evaluated. RESULTS: Stent deployment was achieved 64 cases (98.5%) failed 1 case (1.5%). Seven misdeployments caused parent arteries. Overall acute/subacute procedural morbidity 7.7%, mortality zero. Delayed complications observed 10.9% subjects. 6-month permanent 7.8% 3%. Complete occurred within 68% 84.5% angiographically complete occluded aneurysms, MR imaging/CT analysis showed disappearance 30% partial 52%; furthermore, stable 11% enlarged 7%. CONCLUSIONS: The an effective tool because it allows most year Permanent 7.8%,
