摘要: Tumors are complex ecosystems comprised of diverse cell types including malignant cells, mesenchymal and tumor-infiltrating leukocytes (TILs). While TILs well known to play important roles in many aspects cancer biology, recent developments immuno-oncology have spurred considerable interest TILs, particularly relation their optimal engagement by emerging immunotherapies. Traditionally, the enumeration TIL phenotypic diversity composition solid tumors has relied on resolving single cells flow cytometry immunohistochemical methods. However, advances genome-wide technologies computational methods now allowing be profiled with increasingly high resolution accuracy directly from RNA mixtures bulk tumor samples. In this review, we highlight progress development silico dissection methods, illustrate examples how these strategies can applied characterize human facilitate personalized therapy.
