摘要: In situ hybridization with a 125I-rDNA clone from Vicia faba was performed against Allium cepa and three strains of top onion, which represent hybrids between A. fistulosum. principle, the labelling patterns correspond to silver-stained nucleolus organizing regions (NORs) in same species. This strongly supports inference drawn Ag-NOR that NORs can jump terminal heterochromatin blocks different chromosomes parental species as well their interspecific hybrids.
