摘要: Human amnion-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hAD-MSCs) have the features of (MSCs). Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) can promote expression various growth factors and anti-inflammatory molecules that are necessary to keep follicle growing reduce granulosa cell (GC) apoptosis in ovary. This study aims explore effects LIPUS-pretreated hAD-MSC transplantation on chemotherapy-induced primary ovarian insufficiency (POI) rats. The animals were divided into control, POI, treatment, treatment groups. POI rat models established by intraperitoneal injection cyclophosphamide (CTX). hAD-MSCs isolated from amnion exposed LIPUS or sham irradiation for 5 consecutive days injected tail vein Expression secretion promoted detected real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) vitro. Estrous cycle, serum sex hormone levels, counts, pathological changes, GC apoptosis, Bcl2 Bax expression, pro-inflammatory cytokine levels ovaries examined. Primary successfully amnion. Both increased body reproductive organ weights, improved function, reduced injuries Transplantation Bcl-2/Bax ratio inflammation induced chemotherapy ovaries. These could be pretreatment with hAD-MSCs. repair injury improve function rats POI. is more advantageous reducing inflammation, improving local microenvironment, inhibiting tissue
