摘要: Objective: The extent of lymph node dissection during radical prostatectomy has been a source recent controversy. We evaluated the results laparoscopic extended pelvic in patients with high-risk prostate cancer. Methods: In total 9 selected clinically localized cancer, was performed prostatectomy. approach transperitoneal. included external iliac, obturator and hypogastric nodes. Results: Extended unilateral 6 patiens bilateral 3 patients. Mean operative time for 45 min. No conversion necessary. Related complications were not detected. number nodes retrieved 17
