摘要: Permanent pervenous atrial synchronized ventricular pacing was successfully accomplished in three patients. Atrial sensing obtained from an electrode positioned the coronary vein. electrograms with P waves greater than 1.5 mv were present all cases. Ventricular stimulation through a separate placed right apex. The left cephalic vein admitted both catheters, and two electrodes connected to implantable wave unit. beneficial hemodynamic effects of clinically evident. This new technique provides optimal method patients heart block, intact sinoatrial activity significantly compromised cardiac function.
