摘要: Schizophrenia has been conceived as a disorder of brain connectivity but it is unclear how this network phenotype related to the emerging genetics. We used morphometric similarity analysis magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data marker inter-areal cortical in three prior case-control studies psychosis: total, N=185 cases and N=227 controls. Psychosis was associated with globally reduced (MS) all 3 studies. There also replicable pattern differences regional MS which significantly patients frontal temporal areas, increased parietal cortex. Using brain-wide gene expression data, we found that map spatially correlated weighted combination genes enriched for neurobiologically relevant ontology terms pathways. In addition, were normally over-expressed areas up-regulated post mortem study schizophrenia. propose neuroimaging transcriptional provides new insight into previously implicated proteins, well number unreported proteins their vicinity on protein interaction network, may interact drive structural changes
