摘要: Abstract Artificial upwelling can lift nutritious deep ocean water to sunlit layer, as a result, it is able promote primary production and being paid more attention all over the world. Kinds of artificial method have been invented in recent years, however, few them fulfill requirement desired flow rate balanced budget.
