摘要: AIMS As data on the use of latest-generation drugeluting stents (DES) in bifurcation interventions are lacking, we realized a multicenter registry to assess procedural and clinical results obtained patients with unselected bifurcated lesions treated novel zotarolimus-eluting Resolute stent (ZRS). METHODS AND RESULTS Three Italian centers participated study. Consecutive significant stenosis undergoing DES implantation were ZRS. The recommended technique was "provisional TAP approach" [main-vessel (MV) eventually followed by kissing balloon sidebranch (SB) stenting according technique]. Clinical characteristics, details follow-up prospectively recorded. Procedural success defined as post-percutaneous coronary intervention visual > 20% MV TIMI 3 flow both SB. Primary endpoint major adverse events (cardiac death, myocardial infarction target vessel revascularization) at 9-month follow up. A total 180 enrolled. lesion located distal left main 16% anterior descending artery 52%. All but cases provisional approach (kissing rate, 69%; overall SB 10.6%). 98.3% (3 failures due final < 3). At up, survival free from MACE 97.8% (1 cardiac death repeat revascularizations). CONCLUSION ZRS is associated excellent promising outcomes.
