摘要: Abstract The present paper proposes the employ of a mixture containing sucrose–tartaric acid–citric acid as chemical modifier for determination lead using electrothermal atomization with atomic absorption spectrometry (ET AAS). reagent concentrations in solution were established design. Using optimized conditions pyrolysis and temperatures 900 2000 °C, respectively. So, method allows limits detection quantification 0.14 0.46 μg L − 1 , characteristic mass 18 pg precision expressed relative standard deviation 1.3%, 2.6% 4.0% solutions 10.0, 5.0 2.0 μg L accuracy was confirmed by analysis following certified reference materials: NIST SRM 1515 (apple leaves), 1570a (trace elements spinach 1643e water), CASS-4 (nearshore seawater) BCR-713 effluent wastewater IRMM. proposed applied surface water samples collected Paraguacu River, Cachoeira City, Brazil August 2015. Nine analyzed content found varied from 0.64 to 8.25 μg L being always lower than permissible maximum level stipulated Brazilian Ministry Health, which is 10.0 μg L .
