摘要: During the past two decades, remarkable strides have been made in field of renal transplantation. From a fascinating experiment human biology, transplantation has evolved into practical therapeutic modality widely applied to treatment chronic failure. For first time history, not only does offer best chance for rehabilitation uremic patient but, addition, at many centers, it offers least as good survival other available modality, hemodialysis. example, Massachusetts General Hospital over 3 years, 1-year recipients kidneys from living related and cadaveric donors greater than 95%, with graft more 85%. patients surviving functioning 1 year, subsequent mortality rate is less 5% per year. By comparison, reported loss on hemodialysis 5–10% each
