摘要: Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors and leading cause mortality worldwide. However, drug resistance induced by chemotherapeutants to lung cells primary issue during chemotherapy cancer. Many mechanisms such as changes metabolism related genes signal pathways are involved in chemoresistance. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) a class endogenetic, non-coding, short-chain small RNAs that regulate cell growth, apoptosis transduction. miRNA polymorphisms associate with formation. Furthermore, differentially expressed miRNAs play critical roles prediction sensitivity chemotherapeutic agents Regulation specific expression will break new path for overcoming personalized therapy. Together, this chapter we have discussed current understanding role on resistance, potential implications targeted
