摘要: Quantitative assay of dipeptidase activity in small intestinal biopsies now can be made as routine analysis. Nine different activities have been studied from 22 patients with gastrointestinal disorders. According to the histology mucosa and fecal fat excretion were divided into three groups. No significant difference was found between nine normal (Group I) ten steatorrhea unknown origin II). Three III) gluten-induced enteropathy (abnormal steatorrhea) showed, contrast, significantly lower activities. A general increase observed after treatment gluten-free diet. It is suggested that low obtained these should ascribed ‘atrophy’ villi rather than a primary lack dipeptidases.
