摘要: Abstract Objective The role of computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis parotid tumors was investigated. Methods Forty patients with clinical suspicion a mass underwent both CT MRI region. Two radiologists independently assessed results respect to tumor localization, margin characteristics, infiltration surrounding tissue. Histopathologic specimens were obtained all cases correlated radiologic findings. Results sensitivity specificity nearly same for location, margin, infiltration. Conclusion 2 techniques provided information presurgical planning contribute therapy tumors.
