摘要: Background and aims. The aim was to evaluate the effect of casein phosphopeptide–amorphous calcium phosphate (CPP-ACP) on microtensile bond strength (µTBS) carious affected dentin (CAD) using etch-and-rinse self-etch adhesive systems. Materials methods. occlusal surface 32 human molars with moderate caries removed. Infected removed until reaching CAD teeth were randomly divided into two groups based Single Bond (SB) Clearfil SE (CSE) Before composite resin bonding, each group subdivided three subgroups ND, CPP-ACP-treated (CAD-CPP) substrate. After dissecting samples l-mm-thick cross-sections (each subgroup: n = 13), µTBS measured at a strain rate 0.5 mm/min. Data analyzed two-way ANOVA, independent t-test post-hoc Tukey tests (α=0.05). Results. both systems ND significantly higher than that (P 0.05). CSE CAD-CPP CAD; however, difference not significant > Significant differences found between SB only substrate < 0.001). Conclusion. Regardless system used, treatment CPP-ACP did have strength. However, rather CSE.
