摘要: Academician K. Ya. Kondratyev in one of his first monographs (Kondratyev, 1950) stressed the availability idea put forward by V.A. (1968) which is associated now with term “series exponents”. This involves computation values integrated over frequency spectrum necessary for analysis radiation processes: this case, a “palisade” great number spectral lines gives rise to not purely technical difficulties.
