Although much progress has been made in understanding CRPS, many questions remain unanswered. probably disease central nervous system. Yet, peripheral inflammatory processes, abnormal sympathetic-afferent coupling, adrenoreceptor pathology may also be part picture. It likely that near future current concepts will replaced by new mechanism-based or group leading improved guidelines. 2 series reviews physical therapy management CRPS.
