摘要: This article outlines the work of Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) that led to being jointly awarded 2015 Lush Black Box Prize. The award-winning centred on development 'The Adverse Outcome Pathway Skin Sensitisation Initiated by Covalent Binding Proteins'. (AOP) has provided mechanistic basis integration skin sensitisation-related information. Recent developments in integrated approaches testing assessment, based AOP, are summarised. impact AOP regulatory policy Three Rs discussed.
