摘要: Dry eye is the most common early and late postoperative complication after LASIK surgery. LASIK-induced dry caused by a combination of decreased corneal innervation chronic ocular surface inflammation. LASIK-induced manifested clinically presence fluctuation in visual acuity, punctate epithelial erosions, and, some patients, with tear production. LINE preferred term to describe this condition when it occurs or enhancement an no symptoms signs prior surgery. Some eyes likely have both LINE underlying inflammatory disease. Optimization important step improving patient satisfaction outcomes
