摘要: This paper deals with the software development for a remote monitoring of industrial machines features analysis machine data to detect any abnormality in their operations and generating report according this analysis. A set tools is thus developed diagnostic system primary objective incipient faults those are being cropped up becoming severe time. Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA), sequence component etc. types tool utilized fault. The front end GUI (Graphical User Interface) displays running conditions multi-machine along list maintenance schedule while back Management Information Base (MIB) controls all collection, interfacing GSM modem sending SMS faulty information sends control action machine(s). Hybrid Data Compression scheme make communication efficient as well secured one. tested two/three our laboratory.
