摘要: Despite therapeutic innovations and increasing education on lifestyle to prevent colorectal cancer, it is still one of the most common cancer types, for men second cause cancer-related death. Lately, much attention has been given identify molecular markers involved in prognosis treatment with aim develop a more accurate classification system based (epi)genetic alterations and, addition, find that could potentially enhance management by predicting response advance. Although many genetic have claimed prognostic or predictive influence, results are often inconclusive some exception, they not used standard practice. Epigenetic received less although probably even interesting as can be reversed through drug treatment. This review describes current knowledge value epigenetic cancer.
