摘要: [1] We analyze the radiative damping of climatological variations in surface temperature based on relationships between and top-of-atmosphere fluxes for both satellite observations climate model simulations. The observed rates are generally consistent with positive feedbacks over tropical oceans, agreement model-simulated shown to be much more robust when analyzed at global scales, rather than tropical-means. Moreover, values global-mean deduced from interannual variability modestly correlated sensitivity response increasing CO2.
