摘要: Transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) is a pluripotent cytokine that can have both tumor suppressing and promoting effects on epithelial cells. It unclear what determines when TGF-beta its signaling pathway act predominantly as suppressor or tumor-promoter whether classes of concurrently cell. We investigated the effect anoikis in colorectal cancer cell lines sensitive to TGF-beta-mediated inhibition determine if context cells could be one factors would affect exerts oncogene activity colon observed variable these lines, even though they all are growth-inhibited by TGF-beta. Thus, we show has likely reflects concurrent gene mutations activation state pathways controlled genes.
