摘要: The thermal equilibrium of tokamak plasmas is studied by solving the electron and ion energy balance equations numerically. Three basic types equilibria, depending on different boundary temperatures, are found. presence a fold or cusp catastrophe structure curves for temperature versus density in case low-boundary indicates existence limit beyond which no only trivial exists. Major disruptions considered to occur because loss plasma. study shows that major can be parametrically controlled. Thermal equilibria with higher display monotonic curve, indicating good confinement characteristics hence absence disruptions.
