摘要: Paeoniflorin (PF) is an active monoterpene glycoside extracted from Paeonia lactiflora Pall. PF has exhibited antitumor effects in various cancer types. However, the of pancreatic are largely unexplored. Here, we showed that suppressed growth cell lines Capan-1 and MIAPaCa-2 profoundly sensitized these cells to X-ray irradiation. Through microarray analysis, identified HTRA3, a tumor-suppressor candidate gene, as most increased gene upon treatment cells. Ectopic expression HTRA3 led reduced proliferation apoptotic protein Bax, suggesting tumor suppressive role Together, our results provide set group genetic proofs biological inhibited by upregulating HTRA3.
