摘要: In photosynthetic cells the plastidic ascorbate-glutathione pathway is considered major sequence involved in elimination of active oxygen species. Ascorbate peroxidase (APO; EC 1.11.1.11) an essential constituent this pathway. present paper control appearance APO was studied cotyledons mustard (Sinapis alba L.) seedlings with following results: (i) Two isoforms (APO I, II) could be separated by anion-exchange chromatography; I a protein, while II extraplastidic, very probably cytosolic. (ii) The regulated light via phytochrome. This observed both isoforms. Moreover, strong positive over (very synthesis) exerted photooxidative treatment plastids. (iii) Additional synthesis extraplastidic induced signal created intraplastidic pigment-photosensitized oxidative stress. response obligatorily oxygen-dependent and abolished quenchers singlet such as α-tocopherol p-benzoquinone. (iv) A short-term (4 h) suffices to saturate signal. Signal transduction cannot or diminished replacing plants non-photooxidizing conditions. Several observations indicate that not experimental artifact but natural phenomenon.
