摘要: We report superconducting properties of single crystalline Ca${}_{10}$(Pt${}_{4\ensuremath{-}\ensuremath{\delta}}$As${}_{8}$)(Fe${}_{2\ensuremath{-}x}$Pt${}_{x}$As${}_{2}$)${}_{5}$ by x-ray diffraction, magnetization, resistivity, and magneto-optical imaging measurements. The magnetization measurements reveal a fish-tail hysteresis loop relatively high critical current density ${J}_{c}$ $\ensuremath{\sim}$ 0.8 $\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}$ 10${}^{5}$ A/cm${}^{2}$ at low temperatures. exponential temperature dependence ${J}_{c}$, which arises from the nonlinear effective flux-creep activation energy, has been observed. upper field determined resistive transition shows large anisotropy. images homogenous flow within crystal.
