摘要: Prototyping is an iterative process that part of the analysis phase nanosystems development life cycle. Usually, technologists expect performance ultimate nanosystem to be same as designed prototype. However, interactive multiscale prototyping presented in Chap. 3 leads insufficient at pre-project stage, degraded performances nanodevice due experimentation limitations, and lack quantifiable feedback. Taking into account disadvantages previous method, we present this chapter a novel methodology design optimization using co-prototyping concepts carbon nanotube-based nanodevices. It coupling experiments performed on real nanodevices with computational methods simulation. Among its’ many benefits, approach lowers cost, time involved prototyping, allows for more iterations during experimentation, gives developers chance get immediate experimental feedback refinements design. Furthermore, theoretical characterization analyze deep detail some properties could not observable by used platform.
