摘要: Multipoint-to-multipoint and multipoint-to-plane electrode geometries have been investigated to enhance corona discharge modes in atmospheric pressure weakly ionized plasma. This paper presents a new geometry approach by protrusion array over the grounded screen along with high-voltage (HV) needle obtain higher coulombic discharge. It has observed that needle-to-grounded-screen-protrusion configuration enhances modes, especially back is enhanced significantly near protrusions Ar/C2H2 A mode map developed depict optimal zones at various HV gaps. Similar investigations were performed Ar/O2 plasma study nature of current pulses modes.
