摘要: Alcohol use contributes to morbidity and mortality in developing countries by increasing the risk of trauma disease, including alcohol dependence. Limited research addresses determinants beyond individual level sub-Saharan Africa. We test association community collective efficacy outlet density with young men's drinking a cross-sectional, locally representative survey conducted rural northeast South Informal social control cohesion show protective associations heavy drinking, while is associated more potential problem drinking. These findings provide initial support for intervening at promote reduction.
